Islam-based spiritual orientations and quality of work life among Muslims

Individuals’ beliefs, as well their spiritual orientations (SOs), can affect the quality of work life cycle. Given that a large portion people’s lives are spent in organisations, it is crucial to consider factors affecting (QWL) among employees. Against this background, present study investigated effects Islam-based SOs on QWL Muslim employees working for Iraqi municipalities 2022. For purpose, an applied research design was adopted, using field studies correlational type data collection. In total, 1345 staff were selected by simple random sampling 2022, and two standardised questionnaires utilised collect data. The content validity method further recruited determine questionnaires, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient used measure reliability. To analyse data, descriptive tests, including frequency, mean standard deviation (SD), along with inferential statistics, namely one-sample t-test, one-way analysis variance (ANOVA) independent-samples implemented Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) software package. correlation coefficients accordingly showed rising trend these following growth SOs.
